These statistics are derived right from the Arizona Regional Multiple Listing Service (ARMLS). These statistics also cover other surrounding local cities in the Phoenix Metro Area. These figures only cover Resale Phoenix Homes and the few New Construction homes that have been listed for sale by REALTORS in the ARMLS. This article will cover the month of Octobers housing figures starting in the year of 2004 up through 2007.
